A collaborative project centered on themes such as the acceptance and harmony of diversity, involving all citizens—including people with disabilities and those who face difficulties in life for various reasons. Rather than conforming to existing forms of expression, the project values each individual’s way of being, the relationships among diverse people, and the local context. With mutual regard for one another, dance workshops were held in Zao, Yamagata, welcoming participation from all members of the community. Drawing inspiration from the words of people connected to Zao, such as the tanka poet Mokichi Saito, the project explored relationships, connections, and expansions among people living in the region. These experiences were embodied and expressed through a dance performance titled “Hitohi no Parade – Songs of Mokichi, the Sky, and the Okami (landlady)”, presented as part of Yamagata Biennale 2024, organized by Tohoku University of Art & Design.

多様性の受容・調和などをテーマに、障害のある人や、さまざまな理由で生きづらさを抱える人などを含む、あらゆる市民が参加する協働プロジェクト。既存の振りに合わせるのではなく、それぞれの存在のあり方、一様でない多様な人たちとの関わり合い、そして地域の文脈を大切にし、お互いの存在に眼差しを向けながら、あらゆる市民の方々とのダンスワークショップを山形・蔵王で展開。歌人・斎藤茂吉をはじめ蔵王にゆかりのある人々の「ことば」をたよりにしながら、まち（地域）で暮らすさまざまな人たちとの関わり、繋がり、広がりを、身体を通して感じ表現するダンスパフォーマンス「ひとひのパレード 〜茂吉と空と女将のうた〜」を山形ビエンナーレ2024（主催：東北芸術工科大学）の1プログラムとして成果発表した。
